At ENDLESS, we have thoroughly focused on each rotor material, manufacturing process, and final finish, and have verified matching at every stage. We put the most effort into the slit shape that the driver can instantly experience, and created the “Carving Slit” that brings out the best performance of the brake pads on the street and on the circuit. As with the conventional lineup, we have succeeded in stabilizing the rotor components and significantly reducing heat cracks during hard driving by applying special heat treatment.

If the rotor surface is repeatedly driven hard, fine cracks (heat cracks) will occur due to expansion and contraction due to heat, and it will not be possible to obtain appropriate friction. To prevent this, special heat treatment was performed in advance to stabilize the components of the rotor itself and significantly reduce heat cracks during hard driving. As a result, the life of the rotor has been extended, and it has become possible to use it for a long time with peace of mind.
